"XCept You" - Enrico Coveri Video ADV SS 2012 official soundtrack
Here is the new video campaign Enrico Coveri for which I treated as a writer and performer on the soundtrack. The song is titled "XCept You" - The production of Mark Bastianon & Stefano Tirone. The video clip was directed by Paolo Santambrogio.
"Just Like A Woman" (Bob Dylan) covered by Paola Iezzi for Alice's Birthday!
It is said that this song is written by Bob Dylan stat for Edie Sedgwick, with whom it seems that the American singer-songwriter has had a passionate and intense love story. This is one of the favorite parts of my friend Alice, so I decided to reinterpret this song and regalarglielo for his birthday. Thanks Mark Spring, who arranged and played the piece.
My version of "Crazy" (Willie Nelson) to the soundtrack of the short fashion "The Others Me"
Hello everyone, I wanted particularly to draw your attention to this beautiful project, published by the site of Vogue Italy. A short film, fashion, surreal, metaphorical and decidedly noir, directed by Paolo Santambrogio.
On the closing credits, part of this fun version of "revised", latin-style in the '60s, the song "Crazy" by Willie Nelson made famous by singer Patsy Cline. This gentle and humorous review is the work of Michael Monestiroli and is played by me in "language" Spanglish.
I hope you enjoy it as much as it pleased me to have taken part in the construction of this beautiful project, which is also co-producer. Proudly!

"Obstinate and Antonyms" back in January 2011 to Elf Theatre - Milano
It 's official a few weeks, the show "stubborn and Antonyms" organized by the NGO "La Stravaganza, directed by Sebastian Filocamo, back again to the theater!
Needless to say that I'm very happy and excited by this news and can not wait to revisit and embrace all the wonderful people with whom I share this special project.
The show will be staged from Tuesday 13 to Sunday, January 16, until Saturday at 20:30 and Sunday at 15:30 at the Hall of the Shakespeare Theatre Elf-Puccini in Milan, one of the most prestigious theaters in the city.

Here's how I felt at the premiere of "stubborn and Antonyms" the Franco Parenti in Milan. Excited is an understatement.
I'm in the dressing room and I can not sit still. Nothing. So catapulted me backstage to observe through a slit in the black cloth ... "Laudate Ominem" ... do not miss that much to my input ... is there any problem with the videos ... damn! The first is always the first ... damn! ... But everything seems to go smoothly, however. Oh, but my legs will not stand still, tangled in the stomach ... then I look at the guys who come and go from the stage with their objects. We are placing more and take. Serious. Concentrated. Calm. How can they be so calm? ... I wonder ... Yukie has already sung "Nineteenth Century" ... I wonder how it went ... well ... Giops glasses had broken them ... then what? ... Boh ...
Joao, Emmanuella, Alexander, "The War of Piero," Shukri what a thrill that "sings" with sign language ... and the most beautiful on the finale when the piece opens in wonderful harmony and the boys get up signs that read BAST A. In the meantime, I insert myself (with difficulty because of the dress) with Nic in the choir and unite behind the gauze at the end ... with Laura, true love and "responsible" for my presence there ...

We are in the final stages here ... people perceive that melts as you melt all of us back stage and on ... the rhythm and blues, gospel of "Spiritual", release and entertain the kids seem to really have a good time on stage ... as a party and then expect all the time which Francis makes his ballet alone at center stage and is carried away by the ear ... the audience laugh and we laugh as well, peering from behind the scenes the scene ... now we are a single whole 'one really ... now that the latest tensions have evaporated.
How wonderful to observe the beauty, harmony ... Raphael makes his piece ... of ... his brother Paul who died burned at work moves me ... well ... Masha is moved with me, when the choir attacks ...
"Even though our May has done without your courage ..." and the stage becomes a palace ... and the boys armed only with their helmets do tightrope on beams and scaffolding imaginary ... "as you think you acquitted, you are forever involved "...
The curtain closes ... The show is over ... the people applaud applauds ... strong ... the curtain opens and the Khorakhanè ... I can think of Ireland, the prairie pioneer, heath, Australia ... all out slowly keeping the hand in turn to take the applause ... I had seen it done hundreds of times the actors in the theater ... people are all in walking distance .... I go out with Yukie ... how exciting .... what a feeling ... that indescribable warmth ... infinite ... a little hug on stage ... all the little Vanessa, Francesco (who wants to marry me, as long as I do not get fat before marriage, and even after! ) Badu, Michael, Nic, Giops and I do not know who else ... I'm stunned ... And when the curtain finally closes, we all stay there like a little microcosm of crazy love and happiness ... some people move the curtain and make extensive among us on stage ... between them (friends, acquaintances ...), a beautiful lady. Blonde, slim. And 'Dori Ghezzi. Hugs me and calls me by name ... "Paola, congratulations! Brava! "His eye is joyful, emotional, direct ... I was speechless for a few seconds ... Thank you feeling an immense feeling of indescribable happiness and unity ... all our differences put together had created a unique moment and a nice ..." what is the problem in 'to be different now? So that evening, in that atmosphere of euphoria, February 18, 2010, while in Italian tv television raging machine of the "Festival di Sanremo", I, for the first time at the Teatro Franco Parenti in Milan I saw Nina fly ... with Faber and with the "stubborn and Antonyms."

"Alone" videos a year later ...
And 'now spent a year since the project alone and his videos. The day of the shooting and the time it snowed comecchè has forced the entire crew to inizare two hours late, in a magical atmosphere quiet, calm, concentration, inspiration. Everyone took care of that for which he was there. Nor shouts, nor scleri. Work and Inspiration for more than 10 hours.
The result was the best I could wish for in that little dream come true. A project created to have a piece of beauty, has spread to become an extension of other dreams are convergent. Enlarging the meaning of that same beauty.
Far away from too, with the obvious, dall'adeguarsi. Anarchist and invincible, without a plan, except to give without expecting in return. A small and unique magic which are so proud.
So, after one year, I thank all the people, the professionals who took part and, with their special talents and abilities, they helped me realize this little dream of wonder, images and music.
I also thank those who, like myself, loved and understood.

The video is directed by Paolo Santambrogio, cinematographer and editor Alessandro Pavoni Stuart Greenwald. The video was nominated for best video of the year in both the PVI (Videoclip Italian Prize, independent section) is to PIVI (Italian Prize independent video clips). production, as well as the concept, are Paola Iezzi and Paolo Santambrogio, because it was a production indipentente, where all employees have worked "project" with enthusiasm and passion. In a time when the music market lives its hardest crisis, which is challenging the very survival of artists and songs, the clip is often a cost not "justifiable" in the context of a record production, especially if it requires means and resources are not indifferent, and the ambition is to create a product not purely commercial, as in this case, but for me as for other artists, who believe in this work and undertake all energy having to give the contribution of vision becomes very difficult . So I think the road will be, as it did in this case, more and more independent production, in which teams work with light and high-level professionals come together to collaborate and experiment on joint projects and stimulating. A real moment of artistic and expressive, just as it was for Halo.
